Kicking off the day with lots of sunshine...good morning and thanks for stopping by...

A FEW of you had some rainfall last night...there was certainly some lighting north...was out at the game enjoying the wonderful extended fireworks show...and saw some flashes to the north...also noticed a weak outflow from that convection making it to the I-70 corridor...with our atmosphere staying uncapped for the next several days and us being in NW Flow...more scattered storms are possible later today and this evening...

If there was going to be something a bit more "widespread"  it would be later tonight and tomorrow especially as a WEAK front will gradually push into the region tomorrow...this front combined with the uncapped atmosphere...should allow more than scattered storms to develop and move SEwards...by no means does this front guarantee everybody getting rainfall...but hopefully for those who want some...you'll be on the receiving end....always a chance of a few severe storms as well with this type of deal...

That's it...really nothing else to say this AM...more info coming later this afternoon...I feel the summer doldrums starting to settle in as well...only question is when do we hit 90?

When I woke up an hour ago your website had a 70% chance of storms on Monday and Tuesday. Mike also talked about this last night. Now there is no rain on Monday? And basically nothing Tuesday. I'm taking a summer school group on an outdoor trip Monday and Tuesday. Your forecasts are really hard to plan anything around.

You aren't taking any kids on any trip. You're a BOOGEDY who tries to start trouble. Go jerk off.

Comments like these are why I hesitate to let my kid read the blog. Not sure why that language is needed in here.
