I have written my opinion on here, and been slammed for having my opinion, but for me, now, I think the press needs to back off and quit repeating what has all ready been reported. I admit, I started out with one opinion, but over the past week, my opinion has changed somewhat, but I don't have the press to thank for that. I have to thank other posters for disclosing a side or two that I might not have seen otherwise. I think it is more destructive for the media to continue to report the same thing over and over. The media did their job by reporting this incident, now its time to back off until something NEW is released.

Sorry, but I do not agree with babydoe1419, NO ONE can say with 100 percent certainty the miscarriage could have been prevented. That is a question that can never be answered. Second, it doesn't matter what she was stopped for, she requested medical attention many times...I only have the tape to base my opinion on, however, I believe the cops were negligent in their duties...I believe the victim did give some attitude, but who wouldn't in that situation. A simple request for an ambulance could have prevented this entire situation and left the police in the clear, regardless of whether there was a miscarriage.
What infuriates me is the female officer telling the woman, "how is that my problem" and " its called a menstrual cycle"
Tell me, how does, "I have a three month baby in my stomach and I am bleeding" lead to "its a menstrual cycle"
These officers severly damaged the entire police department...I feel it is criminal negligence on their part.
