Probably sooner than we think. Yesterday as I was taking my wife to work we drove up on a guy lying in the snow with his back pocket riped off and a person running away from him. He had been robbed. I called 911 and stayed with the person until the police arrived. First the police asked my full name,ssn,dob, home address and home ph. and cell # and where I was driving to when I came acrossed the victim.
