Got the big vote tonight... hopefully all the David Cook fans still on a high from last Friday's visit burned up the phone lines.  If you watched the show, you know Paula and Simon have already more or less reserved David's spot in the final... in a few hours we'll find out if voters across the country saw it the same way.

We were talking with David's stepsister at the watch party last night, and she talked about what a tough job it was for David and the other two contestants to have to learn the arrangements for three different songs this week; especially since it was a short work week for them because of the hometown visit.

You should check out his first CD!!! This CD is SUPER RARE!! This place online is selling them. I'm sure it's going to be a collectors item!!! (I bought a few). Just thought a true David Cook fan would appreciate this :)

Well David Cook is a superstar and he did learn all 3 songs, and he didn't forget any words or make any mistakes, AGAIN! He made it to the finale next week (after idol almost gave me a heart attack by AGAIN making DA safe first and making DC wait with Syesha). Now we have to vote harder next week because we don't want DA to win this thing because some of us were lazy, do we?

I'm so glad David Cook made it through to the finale next week. I'll tell you that I think he looked really nervous while he and Syesha were waiting to find out which one of them was leaving and which one was going to the finale next week. I hope DC wins next week.
